Hi!It is not often that one week has two special days in it.Monday, May 4, was Star Wars Day. May the force be with you! Of course, this coming Sunday, May 10, is Mother's Day. Have you thought about how to celebrate this special day with your mom or a special person in your life? Will you make them a nice card, give them breakfast in bed, or maybe do a chore without being asked, like clean up your room?Whatever you do, we would love to hear about it. Send us an email or chat with us on Teams. We would also love to see a photo of you trying one of the math games over the past few weeks. Please remember that our LST activities are not mandatory. We work with 110 students from Kindergarten to Grade 7 with diverse abilities. We are trying to provide a range of activities and resources for families to explore and participate in at home, should they choose to do so. Everyone has lots going on at home and are doing their best to juggle family life, working and school. Some students may have enough work from their classroom teacher and may choose not to participate. Other students may choose to do one activity a week or just practice their reading on Raz-Kids. Others may find it manageable to do one activity a day, while others may decide to tackle a number of activities. Please do what works for you.
