MINECRAFT HOMESCHOOL BECOMES GAMED ACADEMY

The largest academic program based in Minecraft is expanding again!

August 22, 2015? Minecraft Homeschool is growing and rebranding as GamED Academy's Minecraft School. The expanded program focus will include students from all educational backgrounds, serving both homeschoolers and traditionally schooled students. Parents may enroll their student in courses that cover Ancient History, U.S. History, Science, Creative Writing, World Studies and more. With over 2500 students enrolled each session, GamED Academy's Minecraft School is a highly sought after way to bring joy and excitement back into a student's education.

New with the creation of GamED Academy, we now offer groups of 25 students or more the chance to participate in Minecraft School as part of their traditional schooling. Our experts work with teachers in classroom settings to provide custom curriculum and timelines that fit their school structure. Our safe and well-monitored Minecraft servers offer an exciting way for students to connect directly with academic topics of study.

GamED Academy is also excited to announce that all courses are now available on both the computer and Pocket Edition platforms of Minecraft.

Visit to view courses for the 2015/16 academic year. New courses are offered every 8 weeks and a student may begin in any session. The program runs on a weekly structure,

with all assignments due at the end of the day Friday. This means that you can easily fit a course into your existing education plan. In addition to the academic benefits of Minecraft School, students are given opportunities to prove their leadership abilities and advance through several ranks of in game helpers. The leadership and mentorship that Minecraft School students demonstrate is amazing.
