Application for Church & Ministry Affiliation

You are welcome to our Ministry through joining in the covenant (see Covenant of MFJI). Please print out the application form, fill it out and submit your information signed to our office at the Headquarters. On the form you will find a list with recommended information that we need, to evaluate your request and to seek God’s counsel.

Hereby we declare this covenant divinely ordained by the grace of the only omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscient and one God, revealed through the ages and the Holy Scriptures in three persons, as in the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We can have fellowship because God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son Jesus Christ to all mankind as a once and for all perfect sacrifice to redeem men from the law of sin and death. By His grace we can call on His name Jesus Christ and receive forgiveness and enlightenment to believe and preach the crucified and risen Christ.

He gave the gift of His church to this world that the believer and the unbeliever as well through the body of Christ the church can see, hear, feel and experience the caring, loving and living God. He poured out His Spirit and the gifts of ministry to equip His church and the believers with the power from up high, to carry out His Great Commission.

This Great Commission and the empowering force of the Holy Spirit make us followers of the head apostle, Jesus Christ. We thank Him for the primitive but powerful message of the gospel. He stated where two or more are gathered in his name,…He stated when only He -Jesus Christ- will be lifted up, He will draw all men unto himself. We preach and teach the full gospel and the full counsel of God that Christ may be glorified as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Not only for the believers but much more with boldness and compassion in love for the lost that all may come to the knowledge of Christ.

| |Shall have the right to operate specialized ministries of Mission For Jesus International |

| |Shall have the right to terminate the Fellowship Covenant, without cause, and agrees to notify Mission For Jesus International, by |

| |certified letter, within seven (7) days of such decision by the church governing body. |

| |Shall have the right to participate in the world missions involvement of Mission For Jesus International and to designate funds for the |

| |propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. |

| |Shall have the right to representation and participation of all Mission For Jesus International camp meetings and conventions. |

| |Agrees to be faithful to the sacred trust of the ministry by diligence, by uprightness in business matters, by ministerial ethics, by |

| |self-sacrificing, by purity, by avoiding the very appearance of evil, by cherishing the anointing of the Holy Spirit, even unto death. |

| |Agrees, by the signature of its chief office, to indemnify Mission For Jesus International and its officers in any and all matters of |

| |public and private liability, including malpractice, or any other matters arising out of the actions of the applicant. |

| |Keeps the first Friday of each month as COVENANT-DAY, a sacred day of fasting, prayers and intercession for all Covenant Partners of |

| |MFJ-International around the globe. |

| |Shall support the MFJ-National Office with its Board and Director practically and financially through tithes and offerings. |

| |Mission For Jesus International |

| |Shall have the right to terminate the fellowship Covenant for cause, and agrees to notify the applicant, by certified letters, within |

| |seven(7) days of such decision by the Credential Committee of Mission For Jesus International. |

| |The Credential Committee of Mission For Jesus International shall have the right to restrain the use of the Mission For Jesus/ Mission |

| |For Jesus International names and associated trademarks in any action of law and in equity in the event the applicant of any time ceases|

| |to be a cooperative fellowship. |

| |Shall, while recognizing the sovereignty of the applicant church, retain authority relative to any and all ministerial credentials |

| |issued to pastors, associate pastors, evangelists and other members of the applicant church who are credentialed by Mission for Jesus |

| |International, and such matters will be determined by the ecclesiastical process of the Mission For Jesus International Credentials |

| |Committee and not by secular law and jurisprudence. |

| |Shall have the right to recommend a person of persons to fill a pastoral vacancy, upon request from the applicant church’s governing |

| |body. |

| |Agrees to be faithful to the sacred trust of the ministry by diligence, by uprightness in business matters, by ministerial ethics, by |

| |self-sacrifice, by purity, by avoiding the very appearance of evil, by cherishing the anointing of the Holy Spirit, even unto death. |

* Please, take into account that the application for: Church-/ Ministry Affiliation has to be approved by the National Office in your Country. If there is no Office provided you can apply directly at the International Headquarters. As Church or Ministry it is your duty to provide your support: Practical, financial through tithes and offerings, to your National Office.
