The State of Wisconsin and Vault Medical Services have teamed up to offer a new COVID-19 testing option for everyone who lives in Wisconsin, with or without symptoms, at no cost. This service allows people to collect their own saliva samples for testing in their home.

Testing Cost and Access
If you have been waiting for more than five days for your results from a community testing site, call the results hotline at 1-866-419-6988.
Social Security number and insurance are not required to receive the test.
The COVID-19 tests are free. If you receive a bill contact the organization that sent the bill or a community support agency.
Please call your provider, a community support agency (see above), or Brown County Public Health if you encounter difficulty with billing or access.
