Men of Calvary

Vision Statement

Discipling men to fight the good fight, finish the race, and keep the faith (2 Tim 4:7)

Mission Statement:

Disciple the man of God to walk in self control and keep Godly priorities so he can persevere in the race God has marked out for him.

Goals:

1. Purity: Disciple men to walk in self control (Titus 2:1-2, 6)

2. Priority: Disciple men to set and keep Godly priorities (Phil. 1:9-10)

3. Perseverance: Disciple men to persevere in the race marked out for them (Heb. 12:1)

Key Success Factors

Discipling includes teaching, exampling & practicing

1. Teach - Scripture is the foundation of sound doctrine for teaching (1 Tim 3:16-17)

2. Train - Teaching must be accompanied by living/life examples (Titus 2:7)

3. Try - The man of God must have opportunities to put it into practice (Luke 6:47-49)
