Welcome to the MyNavy Portal (MNP) Quick Tour! This Quick Tour provides an overview of the newest Sailor-facing capabilities released to MNP. New self-service features and functionality are frequently being added to help make MNP the single point of entry for your Navy career.

MNP was designed by Sailors, for Sailors, and your feedback is important! Please email the MNP team any suggestions you may have to improve the MNP experience, request new features, report broken links, or identify missing information. How to Submit a PARFQ

Choose "Performance" from the "Career & Life Events" section on the MNP main menu, or click "PARFQ" from the Quicklinks page. On the left-hand side, click "Physical Readiness," then select "PARFQ" from the dropdown options.

On this page, you can see your personal information. If any of the information is incorrect, go to MyRecord to submit an inquiry. Select a cycle for your submission, keeping in mind that only one PARFQ can be submitted per cycle. Select Next. Choose "Performance" from the "Career & Life Events" section on the MNP main menu.

As you answer questions, additional questions may appear based on your responses.

When there are no more questions, a submit button will appear. Review your responses for accuracy, then click "Submit." You will receive a confirmation email.

For your records, you can export your completed PARFQ as well as a medical waiver form to bring to your medical appointment if a medical evaluation is required. To view your saved documents, be sure to use the Adobe PDF Viewer.

How to Review PRT Results

Choose "Performance" from the "Career & Life Events" section on the MNP main menu. On the left-hand side, click "Physical Readiness," then select "PRIMS" from the dropdown options.

On this page, you will see a detailed history of your PFA results for the past 10 cycles, including BCA records, PRT scores, FEP enrollment, and any applicable waivers that have been issued.

Your information for the current active cycle will display at the top left of the page. This will give you information as to health assessment dates, such as your PHA date, as well as any Pre or Post Deployment Health Assessments. You can also see if you have submitted a PARFQ for this current cycle, as well as your BCA and PRT results for the cycle if those events have been completed.

At the top right, you can see a PFA chart that will show your linear progression of PFA results from cycle-to-cycle. Hover over the dot for each cycle to see details of each result.

Towards the bottom of the page you will see your PFA results for the past ten cycles in a table format. Each row shows the cycle, BCA results, PRT results, and the overall PRT score.

How to Review PRT Results (continued)

If you have been involved in any Fitness Enhancement Program, you will be able to view your enrollment history and progression data here. If you have had any Medical or Readiness waivers issued, or have been enrolled in any nutritional programs, you can view their details at the bottom of the page.

To save a record of this page, you can either select the printer icon to print the page, or select the floppy disk icon to save a PDF record to your computer. For any contact information regarding your command, select the "Command Info" icon at the top right to display the names and emails for your Commanding Officer or Command Fitness Leader.

How to Use the Practice PFA Calculator

Choose "Performance" from the "Career & Life Events" section on the MNP main menu. On the left-hand side, click "Physical Readiness," then select "PFA Calculator" from the dropdown options.

Use this calculator to estimate your score. At the top, enter your age range, gender, and measurements. At the bottom of the calculator, enter a cardio option such as run/walk and various performance values for core, upper body strength, and cardio. The calculator will inform you of how many points you gain from the entered time or number of repetitions and provide you with a pass/fail category. Try out different values to see what you need for a passing PRT.
