You need a 2-inch ball and towing capability for 3,000 pounds. Get the tongue lock key and door lock key code from the church office: return the key with the Trailer. What Do I Need to Do to Get Ready for our Evangelistic Party?Attend Evangelistic Party Training at the Mobile Baptist Association. Set a date and place and call the Association (661-7111) to calendar the Party Trailer. The church parking lot is fine, but a public area near the church will improve attendance. Attract attention: fire trucks, Humvee, a celebrity speaker, race cars, antique autos, yard sale, and Sheriff’s department children finger-print identification. Decide on any additional games, face painting, or other events. Rent any additional events or food equipment. Extensive promotion of this FREE event is essential. Make and hand out free tickets to your members to give to neighbors. Provide tickets door to door. Include in the newspaper. Use inexpensive yard signs in the yards of members’ homes and around the area. Get door prizes for boys, girls, men, and women to be distributed about every 15 minutes. Delivering prizes to people that won provides an opportunity to visit. Build a bridge to attendees. Make at least 200 registration cards asking for name, address, phone number, email, children’s names and ages. Include "I’d like more information about the church" and "I’d like to learn more about becoming a Christian." Provide additional registration for Sunday School, VBS, or another follow-up event. Provide every family with a "goody bag" that includes a gospel booklet and information about the church. Create a CD brochure. Decide which foods to provide (hot dogs, chicken, or other foods) and provide for the number of people you anticipate will come. 100 people are common, 200 people are great, and 500 people are possible in a public parking lot or apartment complex. Enlist volunteers for registration, 2 for each game and bounce, 2 for each food item, evangelism hosts/hostesses. Talk to every person that attends. Share a gospel booklet. Present Jesus CLEARLY to every person. Provide a short testimony or gospel presentation every 15-30 minutes. Have music in the background all the time. Conduct a practice session or visit another Party. Complete the check list for all items returned in their place in the trailer and return the trailer completely clean. Failure to do so can result in loss of use privilege. Follow up with a letter, email, and visit to every person that registered.
