Moving Money Out of Your Accounts

Sending Funds from your Fidelity account to your bank is easy with Electronic Funds Transfer or Wire Transfer. Prior to using these features, bank information is required and may be subject to a 7 to 10 day validation process to verify your bank account.

Electronic Funds Transfer is a free service most commonly used for delivery within 1 -2 business days but if you require a transfer to be received by your bank on the same day, we also offer wire transfers. Bank wire fees may apply.

- Select Transfer Method. - Choose between Electronic Funds Transfer or Wire Transfer.

If you choose Electronic Funds Transfer, select the accounts you want to transfer from and to - Enter the Transfer amount. - Click on Next. - Verify your Electronic Funds Transfer transaction and click on Submit.

You've confirmed your Electronic Funds Transfer transaction. You may print your confirmation page for your records or check electronic funds transfer status by viewing Transaction History.

Now let's assume you'd like to send a Wire Transfer.

First, if you've not already signed-up for Transaction Security you'll need to complete the Transaction Security sign-up process before you add or update your Bank wire instructions. You will be required to have a cell phone that is enabled to receive text messages in order to complete the sign-up process. Once you've signed-up for Transaction Security, you may proceed to add or update bank wire instructions.

To add bank wire instructions, enter your bank's routing and account numbers. - Next, indicate whether the wire transfer will be sent to you or to someone else. If the wire transfer is for someone else, enter the recipient's name. - You also have the option of providing the recipient's address. - Click Next. - Then, verify the bank wire instructions. - And click on Submit.

You've confirmed your Bank Wire Instruction details and may print this information for your records.

- Click on "Wire Funds to this bank account" to complete the transaction.

- Schedule automatic payments for recurring bills, such as a car or mortgage payment. - Pay bills from your brokerage account on the go with Fidelity? Mobile apps for iPhone?, iPad?,

You can also save time, reduce paper, and help the environment with eBills. Requesting a check is simple.

You may Request a Check to be mailed to your home address by selecting the account you wish to withdraw from. - Enter the Check Amount - And click Next - Verify your Check Request details. - And click on Submit You have confirmed your Check Request. You may print your confirmation page for your records. Please allow 5-7 business days for your check to arrive by mail.

Setup Automatic Transfers or withdrawals by transferring money directly to or from Fidelity account. You can easily establish an income stream or satisfy minimum required distribution (MRD) rules for your retirement account.
