At RLC Preschool we believe that preschool age children are at a critical stage of development and benefit greatly

from a Christian-based preschool. We develop social skills by providing dramatic play areas where children can be in control of a situation and act out their feelings: a spaceship, a campground, a zoo and much more. Big and small blocks are also available to stimulate

creativity, as well as practice at learning to work cooperatively at a task.

We'd love for you to join us!

At Roseville Lutheran Preschool:

We share God's love by caring for our students and fostering meaningful relationships with students.

We teach students the love of Jesus through Bible stories, prayer and expressing kind actions towards one another.

Preschool children will benefit from a program that is comprehensive, integrated and developmentally appropriate.

Children learn through play what no one can teach them.

Play encourages divergent thinking, which helps our children solve problems.

Play is the cornerstone of all future learning because it emphasizes the process, not the product.

We offer a learning center, play-based curriculum:

Teachers create lessons based on monthly themes to meet the needs of our students. Our teachers integrate social, emotional, physical and intellectual skills in the play areas and centers as they are indicated from the MN Early Learning Standards.

When is Roseville Lutheran Preschool in operation?

The preschool program is a nine-month program. School is in session from September thru May. We typically follow the Roseville School district for holidays and school breaks, with the exception of teacher workshops and parent teacher conferences. A calendar of special events and no school dates is provided at the beginning of the school year.

How do I register?

Register by completing a preschool registration packet, which you can pick up at Roseville Lutheran Church Preschool, located at 1215 Roselawn Ave. W, Roseville, MN 55113. Or you can go online to download the forms needed for registration at: RLCPreschool

Registration for returning preschoolers and Roseville Lutheran Church members will begin on Jan. 23, 2017. Registration will open up to the public on Jan. 30, 2017 on a first come, first served basis. We can take up to 20 students per Class (1-4). If a class fills, we will put your child on a waiting list.

Please note there is a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 per child.

When can my child attend school?

Children who are 3 or 4 years old by Sept. 1 of this school year can register. All children must be toilet trained to attend.

In addition, all required forms need to be completed before your child can attend the first day of school. These include: registration form, emergency form, immunization form and the health summary.

What is the cost?

The tuition costs for the 2017-18 programs are:

2-day program 3-day program 5-day program

$115 per month $160 per month $210 per month

What is the method of payment?

Tuition is due on your child's first day of class each month.

During the Preschool Orientation or by the first day of class in September, we will collect the first and last month's tuition (Sept. and May's). This will inure us 30 days to find a replacement for the vacancy created in the class in case you find it necessary to withdraw.

Tuition is the same whether the month is short or long, and if your child is sick or on vacation. Full tuition should be paid during the school year to insure your child's continued enrollment.

You can pay by check to: Roseville Lutheran Preschool and drop it off in the classroom. Or you can pay online through (see the Director for details).

Limited financial assistance is available. See the Director for an application.
