Official Contest Rules

HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary to enter Robert Morris University TV Giveaway 2018 ("Contest"). Only current RMU Students are eligible to enter. Current RMU Students must print their name, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address on the official `Enter to Win' form before each Colonials Home Football Game at the Clearview Federal Credit Union table at Joe Walton Stadium. The contest entry period begins when the gates open at each game through the end of the first quarter. Entry must be received by the end of the first quarter to be eligible to win. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Only one (1) entry per person. Participants agree not to hold Clearview FCU, their employees and/or its affiliates responsible for lost, misdirected or illegible entries.

ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for the Contest, you must be a currently enrolled RMU Student at least 18 years of age on the date of entry. RMU Student ID will be required to enter. Void where prohibited by law. Clearview FCU employees, volunteers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing on the field during each home game from all eligible entrants. Winner must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If the winner does not claim the prize at the time of the drawing, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will receive a 32" TV ($129.99 Value.) The winner will be required to pick up their prize from the RMU Athletics Department at the conclusion of the game. Clearview FCU is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS Federal, state and local tax liability and any other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. Void where restricted and prohibited. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.

CONSENT TO PUBLICITY AND RELEASE Winner consents to the use of their first name and last initial, and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless Clearview FCU (and its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliated companies) from any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the Contest, from any Contest prize or from any publicity about the Contest. Winner will be required to sign a Photo Release Form.

MISCELLANEOUS By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Furthermore, if there is any suspected evidence of tampering or corruption, or if the Contest is compromised by any causes beyond the control of Clearview FCU, the Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any entrant deemed responsible for such corruption and select the winner from the entries received up to the time of such termination or suspension.
