We are happy to sponsor a Housewarming Party (Cooking Class) with local, culinary educator, Chef Kate Moore. Chef Kate will put herself in your shoes for an evening of "edutainment"! The Party will be full of helpful tips and tricks, including showcasing how to use herbs and spices to "direct" your dishes! With a focus on economy, simplicity & seasonality, the class will give you a new culinary confidence! Kate's laid-back teaching style and easy recipes give a lot of "flavor bang for your buck." Chef Kate will demonstrate it all in this fun and empowering class, capped with a family style meal to try all the delicious food!

Includes: Housewarming Party with tastings and a take-home class packet with cooking tips and recipes.

Private Event ? Housewarming:

Private events are a great way to learn about Chef Kate's model in the comfort of your own home, with your own friends and offer a way to get some real time experience using your own kitchen and resources.

We utilize this entertaining, participatory and educational experience for a memorable Housewarming that really gives you a feel for your (new) kitchen!

Both options include:

? Free phone consultation ? 2 to 2.5 hour class that includes a meal (apps, entree, salad, dessert) ? Chef Kate will arrive 1 hour prior to the event to set up ? She will bring all food and any extra equipment that is needed ? During the cooking process, she will demonstrate basic cooking techniques, real-time tips and recipes that will help build

culinary intuition and empower you to unleash your inner chef! ? We end the cooking class with a family style meal to enjoy the fruits of our labor

o (appetizer, green salad with homemade vinaigrette, main dish and dessert) ? Any food left after the meal can either be divided and taken home by all the participants or left with the Host. ? All attendees will leave with a recipe packet full of useful tips and tricks!

A note on alcohol: We do not provide alcohol, but people are welcome to purchase some for themselves for the Housewarming Party.

Please determine which Housewarming Party option you would prefer:

Hands-On Class Community Cooking Event: ? 8 Participants ? Participants divide into teams and cook along with Chef Kate ? All students are helping out with "cleaning as we go" during cooking time ? Afterwards, Chef Kate will continue with dishes while the participants sit down and relax, enjoying the fruits of their labors in a family style meal.

Demo-Style Event: ? 10 People ? Enjoy a live cooking show in your own kitchen! Sit back, relax and watch the "edutainment". ? You and your Guests will enjoy the meal: appetizer, salad with homemade vinaigrette, main dish and dessert

With either Housewarming option, you will leave with a full belly, a recipe packet full of healthy recipes, useful kitchen tips & tricks, and a feeling of culinary empowerment in your heart!
