Motor City Powersport¡¯s ¡°Spark Up Your Summer¡± Contest

These rules apply to the Spark Up Your Summer Contest (¡°Contest¡±) conducted by Beasley

Media Group, Inc. d/b/a 101 WRIF (¡°Station¡±). In addition, the General Contest Rules attached

hereto and posted at apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the

General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.

1.

HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

a. The Spark Up Your Summer Contest will begin at 10am Eastern Time (¡°ET¡±) and

end at approximately 3pm ET on Saturday, June 24, 2017.

b. To participate in the Contest, June 24, 2017 listeners can come out to the Motor City

Powersports located at 1645 S Telegraph Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302 from 10:00

am until 2:00 PM and fill out an official entry form (available on-site while supplies

last) for a chance to select one of 101 numbered beach balls to win one of the prizes

listed below. One entry per person. At approximately 2:00pm, WRIF will begin to

randomly draw names from all eligible entries received. Selected entrants will have

the chance to randomly select an official Contest beach ball. Each beach ball will be

numbered. The number on the beach ball will correspond to one of one hundred and

one prizes available to be awarded. Entrants must be present when their name is

selected in order to select their beach ball. No substitutions. A total of one hundred ¨C

one (101) entrants will be selected for this Contest.

2.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of the

date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in metro Detroit,

except void where prohibited by law. Contestants must possess a valid, governmentissued ID. Winner must show proof of Michigan residency to verify eligibility.

b. Contest entrants may only participate once during the Contest, and are limited to one

prize per person.

3.

PRIZES

a. Up to one hundred¨Cone (101) prizes will be awarded. Prizes are described below.

Concert and event tickets will be awarded as two (2) tickets per winner. Where more

than one of a specific prize is indicated below, the winner will receive one (1) of the

listed prize:

? A 2017 Sea Doo Spark. Taxes, registration, insurance, license fees, options,

and insurance are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid or

provided prior to delivery of the Jet Ski. The winner is subject to eligibility

Other restrictions may apply. All taxes and gratuity are the responsibility of

b. All prizes awarded, as is. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with

the use of the prize. Any gift card/certificate will be subject to the terms and

conditions as set forth by its issuer. Gift card/certificates are not refundable or

transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or credit at any time.

Tickets may not be sold to a third party. If a prize-related event is unable to take

place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, postponement or unavailability,

including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Station, their sole

responsibility to the winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the

prize(s) and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the unawarded

elements of the prize(s). The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny

entry to or to remove the winner and/or guest(s) if either acts in a disruptive manner

with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any prize-related

event. Hotel stays require winner presents a credit card to cover any incidental

expenses during his/her stay.

c. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed by presenting the selected Contest beach

ball at the WRIF booth at the event. The number on the beach ball will correspond to

a numbered prize on the prizing list at the booth. All prizes must be claimed at the

WRIF Booth upon winner¡¯s selection of a beach ball.

4.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

a. Beginning at 2pm on Saturday, June 24, 2017 up to a total of 101 eligible winners

will be selected by random draw.

b. Winner must be present to win. Selected winners will be announced as their names

are drawn at the Event and must come forward within two (2) minutes or be

disqualified.

c. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

5.

CONDITIONS

a. See Attachment A ¡°General Contest Rules¡± for additional conditions.

b. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon

announcement on air and by publication at .

c. For website contests: By use of the Station¡¯s website and by entering this Contest,

contestants agree to the Station¡¯s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of

Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at .

d. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during

regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, One Radio Plaza, Ferndale MI

48220, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

These rules apply to all contests conducted by Beasley Media Group, Inc.¡¯s radio stations.

Station specific contests will have their own specific rules which will be set forth in contest rules

for that particular contest and will be available at the Station studio and on the Station¡¯s website.

If there is a conflict between these General Contest Rules and the Rules for a specific Contest,

the Rules for the specific Contest shall control.

1. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY

a. Unless otherwise noted, one entry per person will be accepted. In the event multiple entries are

allowed, each entry must be submitted individually. Mechanically reproduced or software

generated entries of any kind will not be accepted. Any materials submitted become the property

of Station and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to all listeners who are 21 years of age or older

and who reside in the service area of station. Contestants must possess a valid, governmentissued ID. Winner must show proof of residency to verify eligibility.

b. Employees of Station, its licensee, its parent corporation and their affiliated entities,

advertising and PR agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in

the service area of the station and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to

participate or win.

c. Unless otherwise specified, Listeners are eligible to win Beasley Media Group contests only

once every sixty (60) days and a prize valued at $600 or more, only once every six months. Only

one winner per household (whether related or not) is permitted in any contest.

3. PRIZES

a. Unless otherwise specified by the Station, all prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the

office of the Station conducting the contest Monday-Friday, during regular business hours.

Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Failure to claim

prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize.

b. Unless otherwise permitted by the Station, winner(s) must claim his or her Prize in person,

and a Prize cannot be claimed by third parties on behalf of the winner. If a contest is open to

entrants under the age of 18 and a winner is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must

claim the Prize. It is the winner¡¯s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within

the timeline provided in the official rules of the contest.

c. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior

written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. The Station is

not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

d. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
