I understand that the apartment must be left clean and free of damages. Additional charges may be assessed for damages above normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, excessive cleaning or painting charges, carpet stains and/or replacement, pet damage, and any rents, final utility fees or damage charges as allowed in the lease agreement. These charges will be deducted from my escrow deposit. I agree to pay any balances due upon the receipt of my final account statement.

If this intent to vacate constitutes non-fulfillment of your lease, please discuss this with the on-site office. I understand that if this move constitutes a non-fulfillment of my lease, I will be held liable for all refurbishment costs to include, but not be limited to, painting, cleaning, negligent damages, and rent through the unexpired lease term unless the apartment is re-rented. I also understand that all keys (including mail box keys) must be turned in to the office no later than midnight on the last day of occupancy or I will be charged one day of rent for each day the keys are not turned in.

The date given above is a definite move-out date. I understand that should the apartment be pre-leased, I must vacate the premises by the above stated move-out date. By not moving out, I agree to be held liable for any and all expenses incurred by the community for relocating the new prospective resident including, but not limited to, moving costs, storage, hotel expenses, lost rental income and move-in fees.

A single refund check made payable to all residents on the lease will be mailed to address #1 unless written instructions to do otherwise are given and signed by all residents.

I understand that, once I have vacated the apartment, I will need to schedule a move-out inspection with the office staff during normal business hours at their convenience. If I am unable to be present for the move-out inspection, I understand that a staff member will complete the inspection.

*If a change or cancellation request is made to the move out date the request must be provided in writing and approved by management.
