Good to know: These steps are essentially the same for Office, Project and Visio.

IMPORTANT: Please uninstall any previously installed

versions of Microsoft

Office/Project/Visio as they

may interfere with this

installation. You can do this by

clicking your "START" button

search for "uninstall" Then

look for "Uninstall a Program"

and then select Microsoft Office

and choose "Uninstall".

Open your web browser

and go to:

Then click "Sign-In" in the upper right-hand corner.

choose "An account has

been created for me and I

need to register it" and

click Continue.

(be sure to use the one

that you gave us when

you registered) as the

Account Identifier and

click Continue:

Fill out the information as

required and press the

"Register" button.

All fields with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Now you should see this

screen. Click the

"Microsoft Office 2013"

(Or Project / Visio 2013)

Click "Add to Cart" next

to the word "Free" in red.

presented on the page and then (if you agree) enter your email address and type your name as shown below and click "I Accept"

Order" button.

You will now get a receipt page. You may want to print this page

for your records.

Take note of the Product Key as you will need this key to activate Microsoft Office.

The Product Key is a 25 character code that will look like this: PP2C5-R78M5-82FC59HJKU-HTHGF (This is not a valid key)

Your product key will be shown here. I've blanked

out mine for this screenshot.

Important: Please keep your Product Key! You may need this to reinstall Office/Project/Visio at a later date and the Onthehub site will NOT keep this information for you. After 30 days, you WILL have to pay $12 to get it back. IT Services cannot provide another code to you.

15 On the same page, there

is a "Start Download" link. Click on this link.

16 A new window or Tab will

open. Click on "Download SDM". This is a download manager.
