Job Title: Finance and Admin Officer

Major Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the project finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

• Establish and maintain cash controls. Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger and bank statements.

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Processes invoices at regional level.

• Maintain the purchase order system.

• Ensure purchase and transportation of required equipment, stationary, consumable to field centers

• Arrange and ensure pick and drop of participants where required.

• Prepare financial reports and other documentation including invoices of all projects.

• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.

• Ensure timely flow of fund and transparent fund management.

• Coordinate HO and field centres.

• Assist RM for budget making for project submissions.

• Responsible to maintain VTEC building, fixed assets including vehicles.

• Focal person for office and field centers security.

• FIS and MIS data entry.

Position directly supervises: Support / Auxiliary Staff

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelors/Master’s university degree;

Work Experiences:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years progressive experience in related field including finance, accounting, administration.

Demonstrated Skills:

• Communication and presentation skills

• Computer skills including MS Office

Language and Computer Skills: Excellent

• Written and spoken fluency in Urdu & English.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
