Directions: Select a company that either is of interest to you or one that you are familiar with. Use one of the following web sites to research the stock of that company and prepare a twominute report about that stock. Reports will be presented to the class and all group members should participate in the presentation.

Your presentation should include the following information:

1. Information about the company. For example: what does it produce, where is it located, how long has it been in business, the number of locations, etc.

2. Details about the stock using the terms learned in this lesson.

3. Potential future of the company. Find at least two news articles about the company focusing on its current sales, new products, new locations, mergers with other companies, etc.

4. Potential investment. Use the information you have found to explain if the group thinks it would be a good investment. List three reasons to support your answer.
