DRAFT 2010 ENERGY STAR® Commercial Food Service Incentive Guide

The 2010 ENERGY STAR Commercial Food Service (CFS) Program Guide provides an overview of utility-sponsored incentive programs for the eight types of ENERGY STAR qualified CFS equipment (fryers, hot food holding cabinets, refrigerators and freezers, ice machines, dishwashers, steam cookers, griddles, and ovens). Incentives for other types of equipment are included where appropriate.

This guide also includes information about marketing activities, contact information, and other relevant details for various utility incentive programs. Within the guide, ENERGY STAR partner utilities are denoted with an ENERGY STAR mark; utilities that are listed without this mark have not joined the program.

Utility incentive programs can change or be discontinued without prior notice. Therefore, please contact your utility before purchasing equipment to ensure incentives are still available.

This guide is divided by regions of the country for ease of use: Northeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic/Southeast, and West. Below is a map of the United States where CFS rebates and activities listed in this guide exist as of February 2010 (i.e., states in blue).
