Henderson dba Auto Appraisal Professionals. It has been prepared by an experienced Investigator/Appraiser and Independent Texas Licensed Insurance Adjuster. It is based on information from computer databases as well as Automobile price guides, IF APPLICABLE, and including but not limited to TEXAS LICENSED BONDED AUTO DEALERS and/or New/Used Car Invoices. (viii) The analysis and/or final conclusion/VALUES, has/have been determined from more than thirty-five years of this Appraiser's personal, hands-on experience in the Purchase, Sales of Autos & Trucks, paint and body repairs, including restorations of all kinds of Collector Cars and Classics, custom body and painting, frame repair, mechanical repair and Appraisals of Foreign and Domestic vehicles. Other areas of this experience include "Diminished Value Appraisals". This Appraiser obtained the information, i.e., estimates, manufacturers technical computer information, photographs, cross sections, PUBLISHED and/or STATED MARKET VALUES and other materials and opinions, that were expressed in this Appraisal/Report, where applicable, and if necessary, from sources that he believes to be professional, reliable and reputable and believes them to be Accurate, True, Correct and Reasonable.

BUILT and designed most all of his own racing engines. This Hydro was known as the "PINK PANTHER" which he personally Custom Painted including designing and painting the Cartoon Art Work for the front deck of the boat. It also won numerous 1st places in boat shows around the U.S. in the early, mid

and late 1970's and on two occasions was shown with the Famous "One and Only", Ms. Budweiser

HYDROPLANE BOAT. Has Won "21" FIRST PLACE TROPHIES @ "AUTO-RAMA" Car Shows U.S.A., for "Best in Class", & "Most Original Design "since 1969. Also received ONE "SECOND BEST IN SHOW" Overall in 1992 @ AUTO RAMA.
