For Illustrative purposes only 1 Research Funds by Risk ? This new feature employs Morningstar's new "Risk of Category" measure. Moving the

slider left will return funds in lower risk categories; moving the slider right funds in higher risk categories. 2 Improved Ratings, Returns, and Expenses Filters ? These simple, but powerful, new screening filters allow you to

quickly narrow your results against similar funds. For example, by selecting "average expenses", only funds with expenses that are average or below other funds in the category will display. This apple for apples comparison is critical when comparing one fund with one another. The original screening criteria on Star Rating, Performance and Expenses are still available under Advanced Features on the Results page. 3 Quickly See the Number of Matching Funds ? With over 10,000 funds to choose from, it's important to know how many funds match your selection. This can help you decide whether you're ready to launch the screener or if you need to make further adjustments to your criteria.

1 Comprehensive Filter Options ? When you launch the evaluator, you can still filter and refine your search using all the same criteria you saw on the previous page. Plus, you'll have the ability to add criteria around volatility, fund management, and the fund's income characteristics.

2 Easy-to-Read Search Criteria ? All of your selected criteria will be displayed at the top of your search results, to help you keep track of what you're evaluating. Removing criteria is easy -- just click the "X" and your search will refresh itself automatically.

3 More Fund Information ? We've added new tabs to the search results, providing more details that give a clearer picture of each fund. You can compare funds by risk potential, Morningstar ranking, management detail, fee information, and income characteristics.

4 Compare the Performance of up to Five Funds ? Select the checkboxes of up to five funds and click the "Compare" button to launch a chart and table for side-by-side comparison.

5 Access to Advanced Filtering ? If you're looking to filter your results with greater precision, the Morningstar Ratings, Returns, and Expenses filters provide advanced options that give you additional control over those criteria. Switching will make these advanced options your default view, but you can always switch back to the basic options.
