ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Please include sufficient postage for shipping parts($15min). Any overpayment will be refunded. Please make payment for barrels out to Buckeye Barrels, LLC. *Barrel delivery time based on type ordered, call for more info. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Credit Cards. We ship open account only to those dealers who have established and maintained credit with us. All others are shipped prepaid. We accept phone orders Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Eastern Standard Time and FAX orders anytime.

BACK ORDERS: We try to ship all parts orders within 20 days. If ordering a rifle kit that is not in stock, we ask that you allow 3-6 months for delivery. If we are out of an item, we will back order itand ship as soon as it becomes available again. Please feel free to call during regular business hours to check on your order. *Barrel delivery time based on type ordered, call for more info. Rifle kits and barrels may be billed and shipped separately depending upon availability of stocks and barrels.

DAMAGED OR RETURNED ITEMS: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt for damage, completeness, and satisfaction. If any item is damaged by the US Mail please report the damage to us immediately. Take photos of the packaging and the damage and email them to us. Save the original package. We will then resolve getting replacements to you and getting Postal Insurance to pay on the broken pieces. Please do not return damaged items to us without

authorization. You may return any unsatisfactory item you receive from us for exchange or refund

within 10 days in its un-altered condition. Your only cost is the return shipping.
