The ACS|BNY Mellon HSA Solution Changes Name to BenefitWalletTM

Effective October 1, 2013, the ACS|BNY Mellon HSA Solution will change its name to BenefitWallet ? a new brand design to provide innovative tools to help consumers make health and finance-related decisions.

While BenefitWallet will continue to be administered by ACS (now owned by Xerox?) and The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon), it's important to know what changes your groups can expect in the coming months.

What will stay the same? Bank and fees (BNY Mellon will remain custodian) Subaccount number for employers Payroll contribution funding and file submission processes Bank routing, account numbers and checkbook for employees Web user ID and password Single sign-on access from your health plan (if you have currently) Customer Service telephone number Mailing addresses for contributions and account service forms

What will change? The website will have a new URL - . After October 1, 2013, account holders who log-in to will be automatically redirected to the new website. The BenefitWallet name will appear on all documents (statements, forms, checkbook reorders, etc.).

Communications Employers will receive an email about this upcoming change. The attached stuffer will also be sent to account holders along with an upcoming statement.

The ACS|BNY Mellon HSA Solution ("The HSA Solution") is changing its name. Effective October 1, 2013, The HSA Solution brand will be retired and our new

name will be BenefitWalletTM.

As a result of our name change to BenefitWallet on October 1, 2013, here is some information you should know about your HSA:

What is staying the same? ? The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) as custodian ? Customer service telephone number ? Current debit card and checkbook ? Account number and bank routing number ? Mailing address for contributions and account

service forms ? Accessing account information online using your current

web user ID and password ? Accessing funds through checkbooks and online bill pay ? Accessing investments if you are currently investing

funds

If you log in to the website after October 1 you will be automatically redirected to the new website. ? The BenefitWallet name will appear on periodic statements, forms, checkbook reorders, the call center, etc.
