Basic Rules for the Home Exercises1) Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing…(like your PE clothes) 2) Prepare to Be Moving, at a Consistent Pace, for at least 20 minutes, 3 Times per week is recommended, but for our purposes 2X a Week is acceptable.You can certainly go Longer and More Often, but less than that, doesn’t get your body in an “Exercise Zone” at all. ................
