My Hobby – Gardening A hobby means something that we do in our spare time. My hobby is gardening. I love nature especially plants because they make my mind relax. Whenever I see plants, this has a soothing effect on my brain. I have a small garden in my courtyard. I grow different plants particularly beautiful flowers like rose and jasmine. Whenever I am free from my studies and other activities, I sit in my garden and enjoy myself watering the plants and removing weeds. Sometimes, when I am totally exhausted with my routine work, I come to my garden and sit there and relax. Occasionally, my friends also call at my house. I sit with them in my garden. My family is also pleased with gardening being my hobby. They love to see my garden being taken care of. I am pleased with my hobby too!My colourful garden. My Hobby – Playing football Life is not always easy, it is usually hectic. During the daily routine life, we do our tasks and enjoy our spare time with some activity. This activity is our hobby. My hobby is playing football. Football is my favourite sport. Before COVID 19 struck, I used to train twice a week. I also used to go outside to the ground when I get some free time after my studies and play football with my best friends George and Henry. Football is beneficial because it requires physical fitness. Because I study and play football I feel I can better grab the difficult concepts at school. I also become delighted by playing football as I don’t waste my time sitting in front of a computer or playing video games. Instead, I do this healthy activity. On every Sunday evening, I have two or three hours free. Mostly, I play football at that time. I have also purchased my football kit. I also got another benefit of being a player of football.
