applies : - If you know only your Hyundai ID, or - You don't remember your information but you worked for Hyundai before

If you know Hyundai ID, Password, and Dealer Code, please enter your Hyundai ID, Password,

and Dealer Code and then click [LOG ON] button.

After login, you will see My Profile Information screen as below. Please review Alert message and click [Close] button.

Please select one from Security Questions dropdown box and then provide answer to Your Answer field. Click on the check box next to "I Agree To the Terms and Conditions", then you will see Terms and Conditions below. Please review the terms and conditions and click [Accept] button.

After that, please click [Verify] to verify your information and then click [Submit] button after you get confirmation message. Click [Pass] button to go to main screen.

If you know Hyundai ID and Email, click [Log On Problems ?] button. Hyundai Dealer Portal URL :

Then you will see Log On Problems screen as below. Click [Forgot Password] button.

You will see Forgot Password screen as below. Please enter your Hyundai ID and Email and click [Submit]. After you get confirmation message, you will receive an email from WebDCS and you can find temporary password in the email.

Below is a sample email after submission.

Please login to WebDCS with your Hyundai ID, temporary Password, and Dealer Code. You will see the below Change Password screen. Chage your password and click [Change] button.

You will see My Profile Information screen as below. Please review Alert message and click [Close] button.
