Steps to Register:

1.

Go to Scout and click on the apple icon to get started, or if starting from home, access

the Wellness Works Portal at:

2. Create an account by clicking "Register Now" in the lower center column of the page.

3. Enter required fields, click "Continue"

4. Create Username (at least 6 characters), enter the email address on the computer you are using to register, create Password (see requirements), create a security question, click "Register"

5. Pending e-mail confirmation will be sent to your email inbox, click the link provided within the email to complete your registration, click "Login"

6. Login with the Username and Password you created

7. Wellness Works Millennium homepage opens, click "Start" found in the center banner bar

8. You are almost there. Complete the WebMD New User Registration using the Username and Password you created, click agreement box to accept WebMD Terms and Conditions, click "Go"

9. Begin the Health Questionnaire by clicking "Take it Now"
