Account Registration On America's Health Insurance Plans website (courses), Click Register and submit your information. Please note the fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. If you are affiliated with a particular company, type in the first three letters of the company name and choose your company, branch, or department name from the drop-down menu. Create a username and password and Click Register.
