OVERVIEW

Media Portal, Lincoln Electric's global digital asset library, is newly enhanced to bring you access to the Company's wide range of digital assets, including images, product literature, business communication tools and brand assets. Accessible through the Lincoln Electric extranet site, myLincoln, the Media Portal uses Adobe Experience Manager, a leading digital asset management provider, and includes numerous enhancements, faster search speeds, and multi-faceted search options to further refine your search parameters. Login to Media Portal 1. As with the previous Media Portal, visit and Login to myLincoln with your network credentials.

2. Under the Marketing Resource Center, Click the Media Portal Link Clicking the Media Portal link will lead you directly to the Media Portal's main page.

Using Media Portal Finding the asset(s) you need in Media Portal is straightforward and user-friendly.

Within the Media Portal, asset thumbnail previews appear on the right while the search facets appear on the left.

1. To search for an asset, simply click in the search field and type your search terms and press ENTER or click the magnifying glass icon:

NOTE: Free-form search, as shown above, is not case sensitive. 2. Resulting assets from your search are displayed:

3. Additionally, users may utilize the included search facets to further refine search options. For example, searching on a specific product number:

4. To refine your search results; select from the pre-generated search facets from the left-hand navigation:

5. To view the details of an asset, simply double click the asset thumbnail. A new tab will open in your browser with information such as description, Product Name, Product Number, and asset dimensions:

6. From the detailed view, an asset can be downloaded by clicking the "download" link under the asset image:

7. Alternatively, users can download a single asset or multiple assets from the search results screen. Simply click a single asset to select it, or press and hold the "Control" key on your keyboard and click several assets. These assets can then be downloaded by scrolling to the bottom of the screen and clicking the "download" link:
