Korea's First International Program
Founded in 1886, Ewha Womans University is Korea's very first higher education institution for women.
As a comprehensive research university, Ewha now has 14 colleges and 14 graduate schools including the traditional areas of strength, such as humanities, social sciences, pharmacy, law and arts, as well as new areas of excellence, such as science, engineering, and medicine with two affiliated cutting-edge hospitals.
Ewha welcomes both male and female students for non-degree exchange or visiting (study abroad) student programs.
Ewha is located at the heart of Seoul and students can gain firsthand experience of the capital city. The population of international students at Ewha is around 2,100.

1. Full-time undergraduate or graduate students in an accredited university or equivalent
2. Students who have completed at least one semester at home university with GPA of 2.5/4.0 (75/100) or above
3. Students with language ability to take courses in either English or Korean

PEACE BUDDY (Support Program for Exchange Student)
PEACE Buddy is a program in which incoming foreign exchange students are paired up with Ewha's Korean students and receive various kinds of help throughout their life in Korea.
VISA AND SOJOURN MATTERS
Students are responsible for applying and receiving visa, and abiding by immigration regulations. Ewha Office of International Affairs will provide the necessary document for D-2-6 visa.
