The PTO pre-purchases gift cards from national (i.e. Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Starbucks) and local retailers (i.e. Frisch’s, Mio’s, Montgomery Inn) at a discount and then “re-sells” the gift cards to Moyer families at face value. ................
