Coordinator: Welcome and thank you for standing by. At this time all participants will be on listen-only mode throughout the duration of today’s conference. This conference is being recorded if you have any objection you may disconnect at this time. Now I would like to turn the call over to our host, Mr. Richard Blason. Sir you may begin.

Richard: Wonderful, thank you very much. Well before we get started a few housekeeping items I would like to share. The first thing is we are going to have a survey sent to you after the presentation and we would certainly like to receive any feedback that you have. We always want to make sure that we make updates and changes in accordance to your ideas and suggestions. In addition there is a chat feature we have got several of my colleagues online that are going to answer questions throughout the webinar and feel free to ask as many questions as you would like and we will try to go through some questions as well as we go through the webinar. That being said, I would like to welcome everyone to the tools and resources webinar regarding financial aid toolkit for college access professionals. So as you can see this is the official website and it states ‘financialaidtoolkit..’ This is the official site. My goal here today is to do some navigating through this site so you can see all the different features that are available, that you and your staff can benefit from. So that being said I am going to click on the link and enter the site. So hopefully you can see the site and let us make it a little larger for you and as you can see, there are four mega menus. The first is about learning about financial aid, conducting outreach, get training, as well as search financial aid tools and resources. Now this particular website has been designed to develop for chancellors and college readiness professionals. This is not for parents and students. If parents and students wish to learn more about financial aid as well as the repayments and things of that nature, they want to go to . And as you can see, there is a little help item here which can direct parents and students to different areas that can be very helpful. Also if you wish to search something and you know the name of it, you can type the information in this particular area right here.

So let us get started and take a look at these mega menus and what is within them. And as you can see, under ‘learn about financial aid,’ you have got ‘preparing for college,’ ‘types of aids and eligibility,’ ‘The FAFSA,’ where we have some sub headings FAFSA updates and FAFSA Completion Data as well as loan repayment basics. In all these areas, they have got a lot of very valuable information, but one in particular that I think you can benefit from, is to the FAFSA Updates. And by clicking this, you will see that we put all of our FAFSA information in this one specific area. So you don’t have t go all over the web, you just need to go to this particular area and you can learn about the FAFSA news and enhancements, the changes for this year’s FAFSA as well as the different materials and websites that are applicable. And we also look at the previous year. But what makes this item better, we break it down into these wonderful tables and as you scroll down you will see, 2017 -18 FAFSA materials and websites. You can access the FAFSA to this area; you could print out in English or Spanish PDF FAFSA. You can look at your FAFSA on the web worksheets; student aid reports samples, acknowledgments as well as the FAFSA demo site. Let us just go in here and show you what this looks like. Basically what this is, is a site where you can practice and you can train other staff and maybe go through different scenarios. And you simply click on this area, you enter the user name ‘Ed Demo’ and the password ‘FAFSA Test.’ So just to give you a general idea of what it looks like, we will take a look.

Now you can use data that has already been prepared and preloaded or you can simply go into the demo and just start placing some dummy data, and you will start seeing identical information as you would if you were completing the FAFSA. So we hope you take advantage of the FAFSA Demo site, it is very, very helpful and again it is a good way to train your staff and it is also the way to test different scenarios. Let us go back up. Sorry I am going to show you some more of these tables, actually we are going to scroll back. We are going to make sure you see everything that is within these different sites. Now we also have a nice document completing the FAFSA which will basically give you a lot of helpful hints. And what you need to do in order to complete the FAFSA, as well as the screenshots, we provide a presentation for you so you can share this information with your staff as well. Or maybe you are having a financial aid night and you want to pull some of those screenshots out and use them for a presentation at a high school or maybe a community center. We also have the EFC Formula guide. We are going to give you the summary of changes for that particular year. This is nice little area right here, these tools, it is called the FAFSA 4Caster; it is basically an estimating tool which allows you to put in information for the parents, dumpy data of course and it helps the student to get a general idea of how much federal students are either eligible or potentially eligible to receive. So when you are dealing with those parents that don’t want to complete the FAFSA, this might be a good tool for you to use because when you go through it with them with this particular tool, you can get estimates printed out and you can put it right in front of the parents and say “hey, there is 5,815 Dollars for one year. Multiply that by four or five years. We encourage you to fill out the FAFSA and this is why.” So again use this tool to help encourage parents to complete the FAFSA if they would otherwise not want to do that. Now you can see we have also got the school codes as well. And like I said we have got the 2016- 17 FAFSA that is just below it. And each year we will put the lateral FAFSA below. At least you can always go back and access that information. Again, learn about Financial Aid, The FAFSA, The FAFSA Updates.

We also have an area in her called the FAFSA Completion Data. This is nice if you are working with high schools and you are trying to determine how many students actually submitted FAFSAs and how many actually completed a FAFSA. So you can click on this link and what it is going to do, and I am just going to scroll down, you can read this at your leisure, it is called ‘FAFSA completion by high school and public school district.’ Scroll down, select the state that you wish to look at, select ‘go’ and it is going to give you a spreadsheet that contains every school in your state where at least five students completed a FAFSA. So it will download that particular file and once it is downloaded, we will open it up. The computer seems to be taking a little time. You can open it up and you will see we have a whole lot of different cycles here, 2016-17 cycle, let us actually go to the 2017-18 and you can see the name of the school, the city, and the state and there you will see the different cycles, 2017-18, 2016-2017. Number of applications submitted; number of applications completed. But what is the difference. Well, maybe there was a parent or two that didn’t want to complete that application that the student actually started. So again, that is the difference between these two columns.

Again you are going to see every school within that state, so a lot of great data right there. So if you are working with school districts or counties, or a city in particular, you can find a lot of great information here. Let’s go back, let us take a look at Financial Aid toolkit. As you can see we have sites for preparing for college and we are going to give information from a chancellor’s perspective of what we think you should share with your parents and students. Okay, we are going to give you potential checklists, search tools, how to support underrepresented students. Again we cover a lot of different items; I highly suggest you take the time just to see what we offer. As you can see ‘College navigator,’ maybe you are trying to take a look at a school, you want to see what the graduation rates are, what does it cost per year minus scholarships and grants or what does it cost monthly, things like that we think could be very helpful for you to provide to your parents and students so they know what type of school they are getting into.

Also, we want to make sure you understand about the different programs that are available through TRiO and Gear Up that basically focus on underserved communities and first generation students. So, let’s go up; we are also going to cover obviously our financial aid. And we want to make sure you not only know about our Federal Aid, we want to make sure you also know about State Aid as well, and this is a nice way to locate information regarding a particular state. So you click that link, you select the state that you wish to learn more about and you can locate your State Grant agency right here and many other agencies that are affiliated or that deal specifically with education. Okay, so we highly suggest not only learn about Federal Aid, learn about State Aid as well and as you can see we have got websites, phone numbers, so on and so forth.

Another thing that’s very helpful with this particular site is that we have a scholarship search area here as well, and again, finding scholarships. This will take you directly to the Department of Labor and basically what you could do is develop a profile to see what type of scholarships might be of interest to a particular student or that family. Again it’s one-stop shopping financial aid toolkit and within that there are so many different areas that you and your students can benefit from.

So let’s keep navigating. We want to make certain that folks understand about repayment options, forgiveness, cancelation options as well. So we have put a lot of information in this particular area so that you can help educate your communities. A lot of folks don’t even know who their loan servicers are; you can select this particular link. Repayment plans, what are my options. Are there better repayment plans for me where I can actually save. This is where you go. Forgiveness plans, cancellation, discharge; again please, help make the communities aware of these different opportunities or loan consolidation. But what is someone is in default. This is something right here that could be very valuable to help someone learn that they can rehabilitate their loans and then get into a nice repayment plan and then hopefully a forgiveness plan. So again a lot of options that are available and you simply just have to go right here, and as you can see ‘Resolving Disputes.’ So again counselors, mentors this is going to be vital for you to help your communities by knowing where to find information.

We also want to help you when you are conducting outreach. Maybe you want to host an event, you don’t know where to start and you want to get involved. Well, we provide presentations, factsheets, info graphics, so on and so forth. We provide so many free items that we really want to make it easier for you to help develop these different events and activities for your schools or your communities. We will tell you what to do in order to make a presentation; we are targeting particular audiences, what should you share with them and what information do you think you need. Again we are going to suggest things; we are going to give you talking points. Social media, we are going to give you different items, you can take what we have already either placed out on Twitter or Facebook or something else and you can share that. Everything we have you can share. We have got articles and emails you can already access that have already been prepared and you can share it with your students at a high school. We have public service announcements as well. So I think the main idea here is take the time to navigate and see what is applicable to you and your communities.

Here is another mega menu item here called ‘Get Training.’ We have been working with NT4CM for quite some time, The National Training for Counselors and Mentors, this is where many different State Agency, Grant Agency partners and college readiness professionals get together and provide this training. And as you can see when you click on this, you could scroll down and you can learn more about this. Again, free training, webinars, our webinars are recorded so if you miss that particular date you can always go back and take a look and you can see what the program details are, we have training materials you can download and frequently asked questions. They are always very helpful because whether you are in California, Texas or New York, many people have the same questions regarding financial aid. And as you can see this is sponsored through us as well as NASFA, NESA, NAACP and the rest of the fine partners that we work with.

So we really encourage you to take advantage of our trainings that take place and we also want you to look at your State Training Programs. We want you to supplement what we have but take advantage of what the states have because they are not only going to cover federal information, they are going to cover state information as well and you want to make sure you know what is the name of you State Grant or scholarship and how do you access that and this is where you go. You just simply scroll down to your particular state to determine where you need to go.

Next we have search financial aid tools and resources. Again we are trying to take away a lot of the stress and the thinking of what you need. So if you tell us a few items of basically what type of resource you are looking for, we can help you with that whether it’s info graphics, presentations, what audience type are you interested in sharing this information with, high school students, adult students. The topics, what is important, I want to know types of aid, FAFSA, maybe this year FAFSA as well and maybe the time of the year. And when you are done, just simply select ‘Get Resources’ and we are going to suggest what we think is important, what is the first thing you should do. Start thinking about creating and using your FAFSA ID, this is a presentation, here is a graphic, FAFSA Dependency Status, am I independent or am I dependent. Well, let’s take look at the graphic. And these are things you can import into a Word document, PowerPoint, a poster you can place on the window of the counselor’s office or the principal’s office and it’s basically going to share what you need to know in order to determine if we need your parents’ information because that’s basically what it means to be independent or dependent. If you are independent, we do not need your parents’ information, if you are dependent we do and in order to become independent you need to answer ‘Yes’ to one of these questions. Again we are really trying to simplify what things look like and we do that by developing these different info graphics, factsheets, things such as that.

Presentations, we have a multitude of them, ‘How to fill out the FAFSA 101’, ‘Overview of the Financial Aid Process Graphic,’ ‘Simple Steps to Transfer Tax Information,’ and the list goes on. And these are just a few items; I am going to show you a lot more here shortly. But as you can see, this is basically a query; you tell us what you are looking for and we are going to give you suggestions of what we think you may find helpful.

So here is one thing I think is interesting, if you just want to get a really good understanding of what is in this wonderful website, just click on ‘Financial Aid Tools and Resources,’ scroll down, select get resources and you will see just about everything you would ever want to see in regard to financial aid. There is 149 results, you can sort it by resource title or resource type but as you can see you have got things ranging from worksheets to your screenshots for the 2016-2017 FAFSA, we’ve also got 2017/18, we have got wonderful documents called at a glance, let’s take a look at this, it’s a nice document straight forward, tells you about all of our documents, the maximum amounts that are available and it gives you a lot of specific information that we think you and your students and parents could benefit from. Who gets federal student aid, review your student aid report, you scroll down and this is the second page so you got your grants, you got your work study and you have got your loans again very, very helpful, what you can do is you can either print it out give it to students or maybe what you want to do is right click, save target as and you can actually wind up saving this and you can send it as an attachment to the students and your families, so you do not have to print everything that is here, you can send things electronically and you can look at it and they have at their leisure. And again many of these documents are in Spanish as well, so it is a lot of great information that is available. Again here is your screen shots, 2017/18, talking points 2017/18, FAFSA updates webinar, there is your transcript, so a multitude of different things that are available, so we will scroll up and let me show you this. I’m sorry scroll back down here a little resource type, what I think is very helpful is if you scroll down you will see we have done a lot of webinars and I will get there in a minute.

Again tool kit fact sheet this is what we are going through right now, the financial aid took kit, why go to college fact sheets, let’s just take a look just so you can get a general idea but the highlight suggests when you get a chance just take the time and take a look at all these wonderful items that we provide, why go to college, well the unemployment, it’s less, the more education you have and the earnings are more again give this to students, show it to the families, the more education you have the more money you make.

So let’s continue to scroll down because I want to show you this because you may want to access these, again graphics, many, many different graphics, presentations, many presentations and you also have videos, but one thing I would like to show if we can get to that, there is videos right there, many different videos, fast overview, types obeyed, determining dependency status, how to create an FSAID, again it is unlimited. And when you do get that survey let us know are there any suggestions as far as videos or graphics or fact sheets that you like because we want to make sure we are providing items that you can use and that your communities can use as well. Okay basically what we are looking for is the webinars and at the end here you will see there is a lot of webinars. Okay we want you to certainly take advantage of these and we appreciate you being on this webinar but they are recorded and there is also a transcript and you can download the presentation so again we are trying to write as much information as possible.

So let’s go back up, there was one item I do want to make sure I point out let’s see if we can find that. Okay well we want to look for the RSS feed and basically the RSS feed by clicking it you can subscribe to receive any updates to this particular site and at this moment I’m trying to remember where that is located but we will take a look at that in a minute. This is primarily provided in English but as you can see a lot of the presentations and the other items within this, you can receive in Spanish as well, so again, the tools and resources that are available many of them are in both English and Spanish. So let me put second look and see if there is any questions on the chart screen and let’s go back and see what we have got.

Okay so we had a few questions and let’s see. One question, do we need an account to access the demo. No to dummy data you provide and you put whatever information you want in there and basically what you can do is, okay we are moving here, let’s make sure we put that back in there. Any information you provide is going to be removed once you leave that particular FAFSA demo site.

Another question, is there statistical information on how many high school seniors typically complete the FAFSA? And actually Harris did a fantastic job of answering that, yes there is a site NCES, National Center for Education Statistics, . There have got all sorts of statistics that you may be interested in obtaining so that is where you would want to go.

James got a question, can the videos or graphics be shared on social media such as Facebook for our individual school programs? Absolutely, we have many counselors and mentors that have their home pages or their own pages and they have got our twitter feed, they have got Facebook information that is placed onto their sites, YouTube videos, so absolutely we want you take advantage of embedding your information in your sites and not charge obviously, free of charge.

Let’s see, Tina asks, I joined a little late and missed what the website address was for the tool kit, well as you see here it’s financial aid toolkit., that is going to take you to this site right here. And we have another question, any tips on completing the FAFSA that we can share with students who are U.S. citizens but parents are undocumented, very good question. There is an item, a document and it’s data, how to complete the FAFSA, let’s go there, let’s just take a look and I will show you where it is located. Very good questions, I’m going to share my screen, go back here, okay again financial aid toolkit., select that and let’s see what we have got here.

Learn about financial aid, the FAFSA, FAFSA updates, let’s scroll down, yeah let’s get to those tables because I believe that information is there, completing the FAFSA let’s take a look and I believe this is pretty thick, it has a lot of pages as I remember correctly, so you may not want to print this out, I was right 68 wonderful pages, so anything you want to know about the FAFSA completing it the changes, how do you do this and how do you do that, this is where you go, undocumented parents so on and so forth, 68 pages, if you are looking for something to do on the weekend, you might want to take a look at this. Again it’s called completing the FAFSA and it is located under learn about Financial aid the FAFSA, FAFSA updates, excellent questions, so please think of some other questions you have let’s go back and take a look and see if there are any other questions.

Aha! Okay what is the most resource on the website to promote retention and persistence for college students. Well I showed you that info graphic or fact sheet, why go to college and as many of us know who have gone through college it could be somewhat challenging but the end goal is knowing once you get that degree, certificate or license you can use that to apply for higher paying positions, again the main idea is that the more education you have the more money you make and by providing these info graphics or these fact sheets to your students or parents that show statistics in regard to the more education, you know the more money you make that is something you want to constantly remind students about, because obviously many of them when they leave high school it’s right back into school it’s college and it almost sounds like you are never going to get there but once you do it will pay off because that piece of paper whether it’s a degree, that license or certificate allows them that opportunity to apply for higher paying positions where other folks who do not have that item they cannot apply for that particular position, so but excellent question.

Do we have any other question. It’s like we had over 70 people today and let me go back and take a look and show you, we have got a few other items here and as you can see we have got a few different webinars coming up, we hope that you join us, the first one is going to be coming up on December 13th special circumstances, am I a dependent or independent so basically anything you would want to know to determine whether or not you need to have your parents information or not or if you are independent where we do not need your parent’s information.

On the 15th we are going to go back to the FAFSA line by line and that is always very interesting and a lot of wonderful facts that are shared during those particular webinars. On the 10th of January financial knowledge for college, so you are going to see some financial literacy, some different websites that you are going to share, there is one set I would like to share, well I will tell you about it it’s called the repayment estimator and we will go there in a minute because it looks like we got time, it look like a lot of the questions, basically all of them have been answered and I want to make sure I provide a lot of information for you.

On the 17th Financial Aid 101, getting ready for college, so you just do not sign one document to get into college there is a lot of things you need to do to get prepared so that is a really nice webinar that covers that information and this is a nice general session on the 24th called get your questions answered. So any type of questions you have whether it’s regarding the military, regarding the students stock, you know, what type of scholarships are available or grants, this is a good area where we can kind of direct you to the right place or answer this questions. And now 31st you will see we have got specific topics of homelessness, foster youth and financial aid and unfortunately a lot of individuals are not aware that there are benefits to individuals that maybe in these situations and we want to make sure that they get as much assistance as possible so if you work with these wonderful youth, we want to make sure that you know where to direct them.

So let me take a look at another area, just I want to make sure you are aware of this, our other site and this is the site that we suggest that your students go to and your parents, it’s called , now this has got a lot of great information, looks very similar to what you have looked at with the financial aid tool kit, however, it is different and there is five mega menus unlike financial aid toolkit has four, but there is something a lot of folks need to start recognizing is that getting aid is wonderful, your grants your work study unfortunately you will need loans in many situations but people tend to forget about the backend repayment and we want to make sure you remind your students or parents maybe they are getting a plus loan, take a look at the repayment estimator, what’s interesting about the site for studentaid. both URLs take you there, is that you can log in and you log in with your FASFA ID and your password and basically what it does is it takes you to a place called the National Student Loan Data System and it is LDS. So when you go here, the repayment estimator, this actually extracts all of your loan information and displays it so that we can share that information with you so you know basically what is your balance, how much do you owe, what is your interest, how much have you paid, what is your potential forgiveness that you may be eligible for and the different types of plans that you may be eligible to take advantage of.

So again you are going to log in, you are going to select how to repay my loans and again go to the repayment estimator and again I could not show you any loan information because I did not log in but if I did you would see my loan information and again we want to make certain people understand that although you may have a loan and you are going through school, we do not want it to be those out of sight out of mind situations where you forget about it and then the next thing you know you have got $40,000 or $50,000.

We also want you to remind your students only borrow what you need if we are going to give you $5,500 and you only need $1,000 only take $1,000 because it adds up extremely quickly, so anyway I just wanted to just bring that to your attention and seeing as we have got a few more minutes, just to give you an idea this site has got a lot of wonderful items as well if you want to search careers to try determine what is a good career for me, what are my hobbies, what are my interests, checklists. Everybody likes checklists from elementary school, middle school all the way through high school an adult checklist.

Again you can send them as URLs, send them as PDFs or you can print them talk about choosing school, what type of schools, public, private, two year four year? What are some things you need to consider? What type of tests do we think about? Again we are going to cover a lot of the basics and we are going to do it in really simple terms, is it an important area, types of aid, well grants, scholarships, everything you would ever want to know about our grants and this information is in the financial aid toolkit as well, as well as their loans, they maybe want to know about our interest rates or our fees, what is the difference between federal and private?

Okay work study jobs, tax benefits, maybe you want to take out a student loan on the front end and then on the backend you get a tax break, okay because then there are some folks out there, I never want to take out a loan and what will they do, they will place the tuition and fees on their credit card. Well I think it is a lot better to get a student loan with an interest rate, I think it is 3.86, we will see. Scroll down, excuse me, 3.76, that is pretty good, that is much better than a 17% or 18% interest rate on a credit card. So again it is all about financial literacy it is about educating the students and the parents in regard to what options are out there and again you can see a scholarship search as well.

So let’s go back and let’s take a look and see if there any other questions and let’s see, we are going to go back here. Okay scroll down, we are not seeing the site you are on, okay let’s take a look at that which site brings to, I think we are looking at, we were looking at the site, so let’s take a look at that again. I’m sorry but through this technology we have to go to different sites in order to display that information and as you can see studentaid.. Okay and prepare for college again here is your options, you are looking for a different career, your hobbies interests that sort of thing we will give you suggestions. Checklists, there all right here. Here is your basics choosing a school, types of school, public, private, that sort of thing, types of aid very important, grant scholarships, know what is out there, know what you need in order to receive them. Loans know what type are out there, what are the interest rates, what are the fees what is the difference between federal and private loans. Work study jobs, we highly encourage this and we also encourage internships. The more experience a student has when they get out of college, the better their luck as far as getting a job because just about everybody has got a degree or certificate or license now but what type of experience do they have. Well unless there are working during college they do not have much experience, that is why we suggest work study or internship paid or unpaid. Work study you will get paid.

Tax benefits like I said earlier you get a loan on the backend, you get a tax break, learn about it, see if you are eligible. Who gets aid okay what is the basic criteria? I’m I eligible to receive financial aid. What about undocumented students or parents, non-US citizens. Everything you would ever want to know is right there, non-US citizens, students with criminal convictions, intellectual disabilities. Okay, maybe you are eligible and you are no longer eligible you want to gain eligibility in order to receive aid, maybe you wanted to default on your loan, this is where you go and here is your basic information the FAFSA forecaster remember get an estimate, how much federal aid is my son daughter and myself eligible to receive. Or you can just go create an FSA ID here and learn am I independent or am I dependent. Okay and this is pretty valuable right here, how to repay your loans, okay loan services, repayment plans and here is a nice one, forgivingness that is a beautiful one, cancellation, discharge, yes we actually do this to student loans depending on whether you are getting a public service loan forgiveness plan there or if you on the teacher loan forgiveness plan, total permanent disability discharge. Well direct loans, federal loans, if that occurs to a student we discharge it. Alternative private and bank loans they do not, so we always say federal loans first and then if you need additional loans and it is beyond what we can provide then we have to look at other alternatives. Discharge due to death, okay. And again you can actually access, move this, you can access the repayment estimate right here as well.

What is different about this site is that you can actually read everything in Spanish rather than the financial aid tool kit which is English only, okay? So log in, how to repay your loans, repayment estimator, I suggest the student each quarter semester go here and see, what does our balance look like, what is their interest rate, how much is accrued, I’m sorry interest, what is it accrued to, it’s something to keep in mind and make them think about taking a full loan out if they do not need that, okay.

Here is something I think is pretty important, if you scroll down and you select this item called resources, this is going to give you an awful lot of information in tables that you could share with your students, families or communities. Scroll down and we are going to break it down by resource, English, Spanish or even in Braille you can order. Now you can send these as links, you can save it as a PDF or you can print it out. So here is our booklets and brochures. Here are our videos and our images and one thing I want you to know, I understand a lot of high schools do not allow YouTube videos to be seen. What you can do as a work around is right click on the video, save the target and you can save this particular - you can save this, save target as to a standalone computer, where you can watch it in that particular computer and I forgot if it is save target as or let’s see what we got here, in any case that is how you should be able to do it and then you can view it from the computer instead of going to YouTube which prevents you from seeing it.

So videos, images, webpages and tools, again checklists, career search, college search, color score card very helpful for when you are trying to determine what type of college might be good fit for me or a specific college in general, here is your fact sheets, so when I asked earlier how can we encourage retention in college or high school let’s get some facts. Okay student aid at a glance. Federal student grant programs, teach grants, scholarships from military families, information for international students. Again the list goes on, but yeah take the time, take a look and see what is applicable and you can either send a link or print it out or you can save as an attachment.

So let’s go back see if there is any other questions, okay and here is one right here and it says, let’s see what we have got here, feel free to use the following resource related to undocumented students and again financial aid tool kit. Okay as you can see that question is displayed, let’s go back and there we go. So that is our Webinars, we also want you take advantage of our call centers, there can help assist in both English and Spanish. Please feel free to call them, they are there for you, okay and as you can see they are there Monday through Sunday, depending on the day really determines the hours of operation.

Another thing is we want to make sure we keep you apprised of other webinars, trainings anything that happens to come up in financial aid that we think is important. So if you want us to reach out to you or share that information just click the link and basically give us your information and what we will do we will make sure we send you information regarding our products and services and we want to make sure you know about our professional opportunities as well.

So that being said, I will give a couple of more minutes see if there are any other questions if not I hope you were able to gain something from this, this will be placed on the financial aid tool kit with a transcript and you will be able to listen to this and stop it if you need to take a look at a particular area on this site, so in any case does not look like we have any questions, so I want to thank everyone for attending today. Please keep in mind there will be a survey today and again thank you very much for attending today’s webinar.
