My Teaching Philosophy
My Teaching Philosophy
As an educator, I strive to meet the diverse learning needs of all the students within my classroom. I adjust classroom strategies based on the individual needs of my students. By doing so, it is evident that I strongly believe that all students can learn, regardless of individual differences. Each year I make it a priority to create a classroom environment that fosters students’ interests, engages them in daily activities, and provides them with ample opportunities for collaboration with fellow classmates, teachers, and other school personnel. As an educator, I know the importance of challenging the highly developed learner, encouraging the average learner, and motivating the struggling learner. Teaching is a very challenging and rewarding profession, it is more than just a job, it’s a passion.
