Enterprise Password Manager (EPM) is a self-service password management system which is primarily used to manage user account and password under the circumstances of losing login ID, forgetting password, user account is been locked etc. There are different types of security authentication implemented, such as User Verification Data (UVD), Challenge Response Questions and Answers (CQA), One Time Password (OTP) received by user mobile and Google Authenticator.In order to use EPM to manage user account and password, you need to begin with the first time self-enrolment for existing AD account with existing AD Login ID and password provided. If you are a new AD user or forget your existing AD password, administrator will assist you by linking your account with EPM before you can continue with new user first time self-activation.Reset Password on Target Application?This is user guide for user who wants to reset password into their target application. In order for this user to do self-service reset password into their target application, user account need to be activated on EPM before. (Please refer to EPM User Self-activation guide). Target application account need to be added (Please refer to EPM Admin Module – User Account Setup guide) or associated (Please refer to EPM User Target Application Associate Account guide). During self-service reset password in target application process, user need to login to EPM system, then verified with OTP. Valid user will allow to resets password for target application with EPM system. Login PageThis Login page is the first landing page for ePM. User fills in the Login ID, password and click on ‘Continue’ button.User fills in the Login ID, password, Security Answer (Captcha) and click on ‘Continue’ button.User fills in the Login ID, Domain, password, Security Answer (Captcha) and click on ‘Continue’ button.Home page after loginThis page appears after user successfully log into the system. Go to page ‘Self Service?>?List Target Application’ on left hand navigation.Reset Password Target Application Step 1 – List Target ApplicationThis is the first step of reset password on target application account. Please click on ‘Available’ icon under Password Reset for target application.Reset Password Target Application Step 2 – OTPThis is the second step of reset password on target application account. Please key in the One Time Password (OTP) and click on ‘Continue’ button. You may receive OTP via SMS from the mobile number.You may receive OTP via email from your email address registered with HR.Reset Password Target Application Step 3 – New Password This is the third step of reset password on target application account. Please set password for target application account and click ‘Continue’ button.Reset Password Target Application Final Step – SuccessThis is the final step of reset password on target application account.
