Where do I go for help? Is there a customer service number if I have questions about my card? Yes! Our user-friendly app is the fastest and easiest way to check your balance, transfer funds, and more. Free, bi-lingual cardholder customer service is also available 24/7 by phone. This information is on the back of all cards or under the Support tab in the app or online. You can check your balance, transaction history, report lost or stolen cards and settle disputes by calling this number.

Can I use my card account at ATMs? Absolutely! You may use the card at any Visa/Mastercard participating ATM to withdraw funds. A fee may apply to use an ATM outside of the preferred Allpoint ATM network. You can find a list of in-network ATMs at .

How do I change my PIN? To change your PIN, click the three horizontal dots and select "Change PIN." You'll be prompted to key in your current PIN and then enter your new PIN two times to set the new number.

Why is there a preauthorized hold on my card from the gas station? It's always best to go inside the gas station and ask the cashier to authorize an amount within the remaining card balance. If you pay at the pump, an average purchase of gas will be preauthorized since the final amount is unknown. If this amount is more than your available card balance, your card will be declined.

What is the maximum amount I can spend on my card each day? There are limits affecting how much money can be loaded, withdrawn and spent by each Cardholder within a 24-hour time period. The maximum amount you can spend or withdraw at a time varies by type of transaction. The chart below outlines some of these.

We will review accounts that exceed the stated maximum account value. It may result in a courtesy call to alert you of the balance and request to reduce the card balance on the account.

How do I dispute a charge from a merchant? Contact customer service via the toll-free number on the back of your card to begin the formalized process to file a dispute.

Will I still receive a pay stub? Yes, your employer will continue to be responsible for providing you with a paper or electronic pay stub.

Can I add an extra card for access to the same account? Soon! This feature will be available to you soon and can be requested from within the app or online at .

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen? You should call the toll-free customer service number to report the loss or theft. You can find this number under the "Support" tab in the app or online. The card will be deactivated and a replacement card will be issued with the account balance transferred to it.

When do the cards expire? Each card is issued with an expiration date of three years. If a card is still active two weeks prior to its expiration, a new card will be issued at no charge and mailed to the address on file.

What happens to the payroll card account if I leave the company? Cards are "portable," meaning you can continue to use it by adding your own funds or having funds added from another source. So, take it with you if you leave and enjoy the benefits of the dashPayroll card wherever you go!
