Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

our software can also be purchased on business invoice and in bigger amounts. With the rudimentary order form attached (*.xslx) we kindly ask you for all the relevant data we need to process our order.

A few important hints for you: 1. Please print the filled order form on your business paper with logo! 2. You only need to fill the relevant data once, if licensee, invoice receiver and/or delivery contact are identical. You can also delete the empty lines in this case, for sure. 3. Our software is exclusively delivered using electronic channels (catchword ,,ESD"). For this, we need a valid e-mail-address for delivery of the license key file(s) in any case. Invoicing happens similarly using the PDF format. We may need (another or same) e-mail-address for the invoice, too. 4. Please send us the signed order form back using telefax or scanned as e-mail attachment. Our contact data can be found below. 5. Do you like to use your own standardized software purchase process, please make sure we get the following information at a minimum: a. Invoice recipient and address, in business paper with logo b. Licensee name and address c. Contact person and data d. Delivery contact (E-Mail) e. Currency f. Amount of licenses to be ordered g. Product name and number h. VAT-ID (in case of a business address in the EU) 6. We reserve the right not to process your order by ourselves, but through our technology partner and international payment provider Element5, a subsidiary of Digital River.
