The system is a source for centralized procurement activities, streamlining interactions between vendors and state government entities by providing tools to support innovative procurement for the State of Florida.

Florida Substitute Form W-9

What is the Florida Substitute Form W-9?

An Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form that is used by DFS to validate a vendor's business name and Tax Identification Number. To receive purchase orders (PO) or payments from the State of Florida, vendors should create a DFS vendor account and submit a W-9 on the DFS vendor website.
