You need to link jobactive to your myGov services to use all the features in your job seeker account.

Two ways to link your account

You can link your account directly from the jobactive website or you can start in myGov. Here's how to do it.

Starting from jobactive

Step 1

Click Sign in / Register and select Job seeker.

Step 2

Click Sign in to myGov on the pop up.

Sign in using your existing myGov account details. You will be redirected to the jobactive website to start the linking process. If you don't have an account you can create one now.

Step 4

Start the linking process. It helps to have your CRN or job seeker ID with you to speed up the process. Fill in all the fields, tick the I'm not a robot checkbox and click Next.

Choose where to send your activation code and click Next.

Step 6

Fill in your Activation Code and click Next.

Your account is linked. Click Continue to dashboard and check out the features of your job seeker account.

Starting from myGov

Step 1

When your signed in to your myGov account, click on Link your first service or Services from the top menu.

Step 2

Click on Australian JobSearch from the Link a service list.
