Instructors, Welcome to MyStudentSuccessLab!

Thank you for choosing to utilize MyStudentSuccessLab in your course. To access your MyStudentSuccessLab online course for the first time, you need to register, create your course and log in.  Anytime you want to use MyStudentSuccessLab after that, you just need to log in. You can do both from the same starting point, at .

To register for MyStudentSuccessLab

To register, you will need an instructor access code. If you don’t have an access code, click “Educator” in the Register Box, and choose your location. An access code will then be emailed to you quickly.

1. Go to and click the Instructor button, in the Register section.

2. Read and Agree to the License Agreement and Privacy Policy by clicking “I Accept.”

3. If you already have a Pearson account, click “Yes” and enter your username and password. If you do not, create a username and password. Next, enter your access code in the box provided. (*You can choose the “switch to single box for pasting your access code: under the access code box to paste.)

4. Follow the instructions to create your account (school zip code required to complete) and click finish. Your account has been created.

To Create your Course in MyStudentSuccessLab

1. Click on “Log In Now” under the MyLab/Mastering New Design course or log in at .

2. Click on “Create your New Course” in the My/Lab Mastering New Design Box.

3. Click on “Search Course Materials” and search for “MyStudentSuccessLab” and click Go.

4. Scroll down and find “MyStudentSuccessLab 3.0” and click “Select Course Materials.”

5. Enter your basic course information and click “Create Course Now.” Your course will be created and your Course ID will be generated.

6. Make a note of your Course ID or print this page. You will need to supply your students with your Course ID to enable them to join your course when they register (it will look like: grant93165).

To log into MyStudentSuccessLab
