HOW TO ACCESS ASSIGNED COURSES ON SKILLPORT

1) Click or copy and paste the following URL address: . The link for SkillPort is also posted on the EHS website under "EHS Training."

2) Once on the "Campus Login" page, select "East Bay" from the pull down and then click "Login." This will lead you to the Login page for SkillPort for CSUEB.

3) Log into SkillPort with your CSUEB NetID and password. Once logged in, you will be on the SkillPort main page. It may take a few seconds for the page to completely upload.

4) To take an assigned course, click on "View My Plan" at the top of the page.

5) The assigned course(s) will be listed under the "Assigned Learning" tab. To take a course, click on "Launch" under the corresponding course.

HOW TO PRINT OUT YOUR COMPLETION CERTIFICATE:

1.) Click on "Quick Links" at the top left hand of the page and then "Learning Transcript."

2.) A list of courses you viewed (both complete and incomplete) will be displayed. The course(s) you had completed will have a completion date in the "Completed" column. You can also filter the list to show only courses you had completed by using the "Show Filters" option. To print out the completion certificate for a course, click on "Actions" located on the right hand side of the corresponding course and then "View Certificate." The word "View Certificate" will only be displayed for courses that had been completed.

3.) You can also print out the certificate by searching for the course and click on the words "More Actions" located underneath the corresponding course.

Technical Problems

1. For technical assistance, please submit a Service Ticket with the ITS Service Desk (). There is also a SkillPort Troubleshooting Guide posted online ().

2. If you do not see a specific course under "View My Plan," email Lyanh Luu in EHS (lyanh.luu@csueastbay.edu) with the course(s) needed.
