_____________________________________________________________________________________ Contract Solutions, Inc. uses a payroll company, MyPay Solutions, to process employee and 1099 pay. Payroll is processed on a bi-weekly basis. *See Payroll processing schedule. MyPay Solutions is accessed via the website .

You will receive a registration email to your personal email from `register@' with instructions on how to set up your MyPay account. Follow the instructions to set up your ID and password. Document your ID and password combination once you have set up your account. You will be required to select three security questions. *Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the registration email in your inbox. The email is similar to this one: From: Register Date: Fri, Jan 23, 2014 at 2:43 PM Subject: Register your Web Employee account To: "Employee email:> Dear 'EMPLOYEE', Welcome to Web Employee. Please Register your account. After you register your account, you can log in from the Web Employee Login page. Click on Register to register your online MyPay account.

Click on Login to browse to the MyPay Solutions homepage. LOGGING IN On the login screen enter you login information:

Login ID Password Once logged in, you will see the menu in the upper left corner of the screen. My Check Stubs ? Allows you to view your payroll check stubs. My Time Entry ? Enter your time. My Time Entry History ? Currently shows time you have entered for the previous pay period. My W2's ? View all available W2's. My W4 Information ? Shows deductions you selected on your W4.

TIME ENTRY *Employees are responsible for entering their hours. *Some contracts also require timesheets signed by an onsite manager.

For regular work days enter your hours under `Wages'. Paid Time Off is entered on the `Wages' screen, under the column header `DT HOURS'. The work week runs from Sunday to Saturday. Enter the total amount of hours worked each day.

Enter holiday time under `HOLIDAY'.

Once all time is entered for the entire pay period click `Complete'.

Time for a pay period must be completed by the following Monday at 12:00 noon. Please have your time completed and timesheet signed and emailed into fonsetta@contractsolutions- (if applicable), to avoid any payroll delays.

New timesheets for a new pay period are released on Thursday of that first week (day before payday). This is to allow for payroll to be finalized.
