How-to guide

When you log in to your account, you can view payment activity and make one-time online payments for:

? Traditional, universal and variable universal life insurance. ? Fixed and variable annuity contributions. ? Group bill accounts. ? Disability insurance, some long-term care insurance and Medicare supplement

insurance. To get started:

Step 1 Log in to .

Step 2 Click on "Make a payment."

Step 3 Click "OK" to continue to the Payment Center.

Step 4 Click "Make one-time payment" for the contract you would like to pay.

Step 5 Complete information for a one-time transaction.

For an annuity or insurance product, select the premium amount displayed for your contract type. Select your payment date.

Step 6 Select or add new bank account.

The first time you visit the Payment Center, you need to establish your bank account information. This information will be saved.

Step 7 Click "Make payment" to authorize your payment.

Step 8 Review the "Thank you for your payment" page confirmation.
