WAGGGS GAME - Earth
WAGGGS GAME
Equipment
□ Sheets of paper ( we used white, blue and gold/ yellow to represent the world flag)
□ A Die (or one for each patrol)
□ Any equipment called for in the questions. Pens and paper, A2 paper.
□ Trefoils around the world.
□ Any other international books etc.
Method
□ Cut the paper into stepping stones ( about 10-15 each colour)
□ Draw a large world flag.
□ Lay the stepping stones in a spiral radiating out from the world flag, alternating colours. Number the stones so the players know where they are.
□ Each patrol chooses a person to be their player on the board.
□ The patrol must answer a question correctly before they can throw the dice to move their player (player may answer too)
□ The winner is the patrol whose player reached the world flag first.
If the player landed on a white stepping stone a forfeit is called out and all guides in all patrols have to do the forfeit. The patrol that is judged to be the best moves on 2 spaces. If the player lands on a gold/yellow stone the patrol is asked a question about a country in WAGGGS. Blue is for questions about WAGGGS itself.
