Opening in 2021, Fifth + Broadway will include 235,000 square feet of dining and retail space in the heart of downtown Nashville. The development's Assembly Food Hall will span over 100,000 square feet and will offer more than 20 local restaurants, a rooftop event space and a music venue. Meal vouchers will be available in advance for visiting student groups.

Opening Fall 2020, the long-awaited National Museum of African American Music anchors Fifth + Broadway, giving Nashville another iconic musical destination in the heart of downtown. The 56,000 square foot facility encourages visitors to discover the central role African Americans have played in shaping and creating all genres of American music. From classical to country to jazz and hip hop, the museum will integrate history and interactive technology to share the untold story of more than 50 music genres and sub-genres.

Explore the best murals, shopping, food, and history in one of Nashville's top neighborhoods with a local expert at Top Down Tours. On the new TRAX: 12 South guided walking tour, guests of all ages explore this unique neighborhood as a guide shares insider tips and captures the experience on camera.
