Composition of the MissionA mission for obligatory disciplines will include a total of 37 persons divided as follows:- a chief of mission- a team captain- three (3) coaches- one ad libitum- four (4) Biathlon male competitors- four (4) Alpine male competitors- four (4) Cross Country male competitors- four (4) Biathlon female competitors- four (4) Alpine female competitors- four (4) Cross Country female competitors- one coach (1) for ski orienteering - three (3) Ski orienteering male competitors- three (3) Ski orienteering female competitors4. Access to the Location of the Competition.The Championship is hosted by the Army Forces. Norrbotten regiment is responsible for the practical arrangements.The Garrison of Boden is situated 40 km north of Lule? and Lule? airport. The missions are responsible for travel expenses to and from Sweden, Lule? or Boden. The participating missions are requested to arrive at the Lule? airport or Boden railway station. Those teams who arrive by military Plane, also can use Lule? airport. The organizer is responsible for local transportation in Sweden.5. Conditions of StayDuring their stay in Sweden the missions will be the guests of the Swedish Armed Forces from 23 to 28 March 2015. Organizer will not accept earlier arrivals or late departures. Normal board and lodging is at the expense of the organizer. Team captain, coaches, ad libitum and competitors will be accommodated in barracks of the garrison area. Chief of Mission and CISM representatives will be accommodated in hotel rooms. Possible extra persons will be not accredited to the garrison area. Extra expenses must be paid by the consumers.Biathlon, Cross country and Ski orienteering will take place about 5 km from garrison in the Pagla Ski Centre and Alpine competitions about 40 km from garrison in the Storklinten Ski Centre.6. Regulations of the Championship.The competitions will be governed by CISM regulations:- CISM Regulations Edition 2012? Can be downloaded from CISM Homepage CISM Specific Regulations for Skiing, Edition 2014- CISM Anti-doping Regulations.7. Anti-dopingAnti-Doping tests will be performed in accordance with the CISM Regulations – Chapter IX, the CISM Anti-Doping Rules, CISM Ski Regulations, the concerned CISM Sports Regulations, the concerned International Federation Rules; and all the WADA rules, mainly the World Anti-Doping Code, and the International Standard for Testing. The number of tests and which athletes to be tested shall be determined by the CISM Anti-Doping Commission, following the concerned CISM Sports Regulations.In case an athlete has a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE), the athlete’s Delegation should send this TUE to the CISM GS until 30 days before the Opening Ceremony in order to get an approval to this athlete participate of the event. 8. UniformsThe participating missions are permitted and obliged to be in uniform during the stay on the scheduled occasions like in the opening and closing ceremony. We will kindly request that your delegations will bring one (1) national flag and anthem on CD or in a memory stick. The anthem can be sent to organizer by email in mp3 format.9. Chief of Mission1. Chiefs of Mission shall be familiar with CISM regulations.2. Missions must not only participate or be present at sports events, they are also required to participate in information conferences on CISM, study days, commemorative and cultural events and ceremonies organized by the host nation.B. Conduct of a mission1. The Chief of Mission is responsible for the behavior of his team in sports and general discipline. He shall ensure that members of his mission respect the rules and directives prescribed by CISM and organizers of the championship. The respect of schedules is particularly important as they form the basis for the effective conduct of competitions and ceremonies. Instances of indiscipline or poor sportsmanship will be handled by Championship officials and may result in the disqualification of individual athletes or teams.2. The Chief of Mission shall also enforce the rules concerning behavior and dress during the ceremonies. He plays an important role in promoting the CISM spirit among his mission, a spirit represented by friendly attitude towards other missions, courtesy towards organizers and fair-play in competition. The mission, who does not wear military uniforms during the opening ceremony of a Championship, will not be authorised to take part in the Championship. The Official CISM Representative will communicate this decision.3. In conformity with the Statutes and traditions of CISM, any political or religious action during a CISM event, in particular the dissemination of propaganda documents, pictures, brochures, reviews, etc, is strictly forbidden.
