MEMORANDUM FOR SEE DISTRIBUTION SUBJECT: NYARNG FY14 Food Service Management Board

1. Reference:

a. AR 30-22, The Army Food Program, dated 24 July 2012, Paragraph 3-56.

b. DA PAM 30-22, Operating Procedures for The Army Food Program, dated 03 January 2007, Paragraph 3-69

2. The Director of Logistics will hold the Annual Food Service Management Board on 12 March 2014 starting at 0900. The Management Board will be held in the Distance Learning Classroom at the Joint Force Headquarters, 330 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110.

3. Units are responsible to have a Request for Orders (RFO) for all M-Day Soldiers attending the event using Type Duty Code 581 with Program Manager Code K00 to this office NLT 18 February 2014. Funding for lodging is available for Solders who live over 50 miles from this event. Each GOCOM is encouraged to send food service and logistics personnel regardless of pay status.

4. The approved NYARNG 21 day menu, AFMIS training, nutritional awareness and other food service topics will be discussed. Please see attached agenda for additional topics.
