LAWRENCE LIVERMORE NATIONAL LABORATORY HOLIDAYS

Official designated Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (LLNS) observed holidays, and no others, shall be considered "holidays" for the purposes of payment under this Subcontract. The dates of future holidays shall be communicated to the Subcontractor in advance.

LLNS observes 12 holidays per year. The schedule of holidays is as follows:

January January February March/April May July September November December

New Year's ? 2 days (See Note 1. below) Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Day President's Day Spring Holiday (See Note 2. below) Memorial Day Independence Day (See Note 3. below) Labor Day Thanksgiving ? 2 days Christmas ? 2 days (See Note 4. below)

Notes:

1. May be designated either December 31st or January 2nd. 2. May be designated either in month of March or April and is the Monday following Easter. 3. When holidays fall on Sunday, generally they are observed on Monday.

When holidays fall on Saturday, they are observed on Friday. 4. May be designated either December 24th or 26th.
