JUNIOR ARKANSAS STATE FAIR QUEEN PAGEANT. October 15 – 24, 2021. The Arkansas State Fair welcomes County and District Fair Queens from around the State. The crowning of the Arkansas State Fair Queen is the culmination of a five day event held during the State Fair beginning on Monday, no competition on Friday, and ending on Saturday. ................
