Public Sector Development was part of every position I served in the civil service career. GoB and UNICEF joint collaboration project named Empowerment and Protection of Children (EPC) was the work place where I developed a number of best practices through GO-NGO partnerships. Running of adolescent clubs based on CRC was the main feature to educate children. There they learned their protection mechanism from violence and maltreatment, decision making, leadership development, governance, rights and wellbeing. Involved in skills development for adolescents in rural areas for their empowerment. As a Project Director dedicated my best possible service towards community and women empowerment. I came across the UN system of service delivery, evidence based policy and advocacy, fund disbursement, money liquidation and working relation between the UN and GoB.
