Naval Station Norfolk/Norfolk Passenger Terminal

Navy/AMC Air Terminal Norfolk has 100% single point security screening upon entry of the terminal. Passenger Service Agents & Security Team members follow TSA & AMC guidelines, current travel regulations and restrictions. Please inform a Passenger Service Agent or Security Team member if you require special assistance or are a differently-abled passenger with non-apparent disabilities so that we may better assist you.

Navy/AMC Air Terminal Norfolk offers free WI-FI at: Amcwifi. Navy/AMC Air Terminal Norfolk also has two courtesy phones available, inside the terminal on the first floor, adjacent to the elevator. Traveling with Pets

Passengers traveling with pets must keep their pets inside their kennel/carrier at all times while inside the building and pets must remain on the first floor while inside the building; Service Animals are the exception. Please remember, you, the owner are responsible for obtaining all required documentation, e.g., microchip, immunizations, border clearance requirements, DD Form 2208 Rabies Vaccination Certificate or civilian equivalent, DD Form 2209 Veterinary Health Certificate or civilian equivalent, bi-lingual certificates and proof of ownership.
