Naval R.O.T.C. Unit The CitadelNROTCU The Citadel produces commissioned officers for service in the Navy and Marine Corps that possess the requisite skills for success in the Fleet and Operating Forces. Training will be mandatory for all scholarship, college program, and Seaman-to-Admiral 21 (STA-21) participants. Those students attending The Citadel and are members of the Platoon Leaders Class (PLC), Officer Candidates Course (OCC), Navy Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program (BDCP) or Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate Program (NUPOC) are welcome and highly encouraged to participate in our training.
