Q. What is ePaystub?

A. ePaystub (i.e., electronic wage statement) provides employees with secured access to their paystubs electronically. You can view, print, and download paystubs from anywhere with Internet access.

Q. Why is Kelly putting our paystubs online?

A. Online paystubs allow you the convenience of accessing your pay data when and wherever you choose, instead of relying on the mail and personal recordkeeping.

Kelly is taking a step toward “going green” – eliminating paper documents and the energy it takes to create and deliver them each year.

Q. How secure is the Kelly ePaystub?

A. The ePaystub is much more secure than a paper paystub; no paper to be mailed, lost in your desk or car, saved in a drawer or shredded. Only you will know your password. We encrypt all data transmissions using strong industry security standards.

Q. Am I required to enroll in Kelly ePaystub?

A. It depends—Kelly requires ePaystub enrollment in some states. Speak with your Kelly Representative for more information.

Q. What if I forget my password?

A. The secure site has many self-service features, including a password reset. Instructions on the site will walk you through the reset process. If there are any problems with using this feature, contact the help desk at HOVhelpdesk@, or 1-800-733-7842. Q. What if I forget my Kelly ePaystub ID?

A. After you have a registered e-mail address and/or text message number, the system has a secure option to recover your Kelly ePaystub ID. Instructions on the site will walk you through the recover Kelly ePaystub ID process. If there is any problem with using this feature, contact the help desk at HOVhelpdesk@, or 1-800-733-7842. There is also a link to the Help Desk on the Login page for Electronic Delivery of Earnings Documents.

Q. What information will I be asked to provide when I enroll in Kelly ePaystub?

A. You will need to authenticate yourself within the Kelly ePaystub system by providing your ALT ID (from a recent paystub or the ePaystub enrollment e-mail), and the last four digits of your Social Security number. You will also create your own Kelly ePaystub User ID and password, and will need to supply an e-mail address and/or phone/text messaging number for notification purposes.

Q. Can I change my User ID?

A. The User ID cannot be changed. The only way to create a new User ID is to contact the Exela Help Desk, toll-free, at 1-800-733-7842 (agents are available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week) and let them know that you would like to delete your online account and then you may re-register to set up a new account with your desired User ID.

Q. What is an ALT ID and where can I find it?

A. The ALT ID is a unique identifying ID number, located in the box to the right of your name and address on your paystub or on the ePaystub enrollment e-mail. If you don’t have access to your ALT ID, contact the Kelly Employee Field Service Center at 1-866-KELLY-4U (1-866-535-5948).

Q. Which e-mail address should I enter when enrolling in Kelly ePaystub?

A. The e-mail address you enter when enrolling in Kelly ePaystub is your choice and need not be the same e-mail address you have provided to your Kelly branch.

Q. How can I update my email address on the website?

A. You need to login to the website and click on “User Profile” (on the left of the screen) and update your email address. Click on “Submit” to apply the changes.

Q. Who has the rights/capability of seeing my ePaystub?

A. Only you and the Kelly Payroll Center have these rights.

Q. What information will be on the ePaystub?

A. You will see the same information that you currently see on your paper paystub. The ePaystub will be formatted to print on a standard 8.5 X 11 letter-sized page.

Q. Can I view past paystubs?

A. The site will store ePaystubs for up to 16 months. As payrolls are processed, the history will build; but no records prior to enrollment will be available on the site.

Q. When will my current ePaystub be available?

A. Upon enrollment into the Kelly ePaystub system, your ePaystub will become available on Fridays – commencing seven to 10 business days after enrollment. If you selected notification options, you will receive the notification as soon as your Kelly ePaystub is available. You can log in to the Kelly ePaystub system to view your ePaystub anytime.

Q. Will I be informed or notified when my new paystub is available?

A. When enrolling in Kelly ePaystub you will have the opportunity to provide a current e-mail address and/or phone number for text messaging notifications and indicate your preferred means of communication. You will then be notified of your new ePaystub availability via your preferred means of communication.

Q. In states where ePaystub enrollment is required, I’m auto-enrolled by Kelly. What happens if I do not complete my enrollment on the Web site, as instructed?

A. Your paystubs will still be provided electronically; however, you will be unable to access them (until you complete your registration on the Web site).

Q. Can I print my ePaystub from the site?

A. Yes, the ePaystub will be in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print PDF documents.

Q. Will my W-2 also be available online?

A. Yes, your W-2 is also electronically available. You can choose to receive W-2s electronically from Kelly at the same time you register for ePaystub.

Q. Can I view my past eW2’s?

A. Yes, the website stores your eW2’s for the past 10 years.

Q. What if I change my mind after enrolling in Kelly ePaystub?

A. If you encounter a problem getting to your Kelly ePaystub call our Help Desk, toll-free, at 1-800-733-7842. Agents are available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Q. Assuming ePaystub is not required in my state, if I decide to discontinue the Kelly ePaystub option, how long will it take before I receive my paper paystub?

A. You will start receiving paper paystubs seven to 10 business days after declining from the program.

Q: Why must I provide a primary e-mail or text message address?

A: The ePaystub system requires an e-mail address or text messaging address to be used as the primary address for ePaystub and eW2 notifications. This supports password resets, and allows recovery of lost ePaystub IDs.

Q. What do I need to do to qualify for ePaystub?

A. You need to first be enrolled in direct deposit or Wisely Pay.

Note: In certain states, ePaystub enrollment is required, and you will be unable to opt out. Contact your Kelly Representative to learn whether your state is impacted.

A.
